The Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure govern dissolution of marriage, child support, support unconnected with dissolution of marriage, annulment, paternity, child custody, adoption, emancipation of minors, declaratory judgments relating to marital agreements, injunctions for protection, and proceedings for modification or enforcement of these actions. The pamphlet contains the Family Law Rules of Procedure as amended through 31 FLS S627, Rules of Civil Procedure referenced in the Family Law Rules as amended through 917 So.2d 176 and forms and instructions.
The CD accompanying this pamphlet replaces the Family Law Forms on disk, which previously was sold as a separate product. The Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure (with CD) can be purchased by itself or as part of the Florida Family Law Combo, which includes the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure and the Florida Family Law Handbook.
