Select Tools on menu bar.

Choose Internet Options...

Click on Security tab.

Click on Custom Level...

Scroll to Cookies.

Enable "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)".

Restart your brower for the new setting to take effect.
